Been crazy busy the last couple weeks I miss blogging for my followers. I had Belvidere High School's Prom and a Wedding to photograph had to edit all the pics for that Prom within two weeks. Luckily the wedding I was 2nd photographer so I didn't have to edit all those pics. Also I live in Northern Illinois so the weather has finally gotten nice again, so I have had a hard time getting into the craft room. I have spent a lot of family time recently with my boys.
I had a bunch of events for my ladies scheduled at the beginning of May so prepping for those took my time also. These events included the pictures below of the Stamp'a Stack we did with the Myths and Magic Suite. This suite will be retiring at the end of this month. These ladies really got creative and made some pretty awesome variation's of my original cards, that I blogged about back on April 15th. I had to share my fabulous group I get to play with every month.
This Michelle she is a natural, creativity comes so easy for her, I love to see what she comes up with!!
This is Lori above and Denise below both came up with some adorable cards. All three of these ladies I met thru the fire department. The four of us all have firefighter husbands on Boone County District 2 Fire Rescue.
Lori used the Knight and the Unicorn, stamped with the Magical Mates Set for her cards above. And Denise below used the chubby dragon, knight, and castle all cut outs from the Designer Series Paper for her's.
This is Carrie we met about 7 yrs ago, she called me looking for a StampinUp Demonstrator in the area. We have been Stamping together ever since. She came on a different day and we had some one on one time, that of course was spent talking too... lol!
Carrie also came up with some different variations, she used black on black for her boy card below and used the mermaid cut out from the Myths and Magic DSP on the girlie card above.
Michelle used the Unicorn and the Wizard from the Stamp Set for here cards.
I wish I would have taken pictures of the front of Lori and Michelle's cards like I did with Denise's below.
The fronts were just as cool!
I hope you enjoyed these pictures of the fun time we had!
I just made a video also of the Card in a Box from March when I made it for my Husband's 40th Birthday. I made some different variation's of that card during the video and the class that I had.
Happy Stampin!
Love Dawn
