Celebrate what.... you say? Well... anything really, with a generic card like this. Write whatever you want on the inside to make it Birthday, Anniversary, Wedding, etc... I usually google "wedding sayings" or "Birthday Images" when I am writing the inside of cards. In order to find a cute saying, which is all this card needs to make it for someone special.
Using the Tear & Tape Adhesive on the back side of the flowered cut out helped hold the Ribbon on top and bottom.
I added a piece of Vellum cardstock, cut out with the stitched shape framelits, on top of the Delicate White Dollies. A piece of Whisper White cardstock and the 3/8" Metallic-edge Ribbon is all it took to make this alternative.
